Apple and Raspberry Crumble

Crumble is my absolute favourite dessert to make in the colder months. So comforting, sooo easy to make and a great way to get an extra dose of nutrients after dinner! This dish is coulourful (high in flavonoids which is great for your skin and can help lower bad cholesterol), high in fiber and you don’t need to add sugar as the fruit provides enough sweetness. I’ve used Apples and Raspberries but you can be creative using the fruits you love. The yogurt helps with your digestive health.

If there’s one thing I have learned it’s that all children love to play, but every child’s needs may be different. I am hoping that this information can help give all children the experience of adventure, achievement, imagination and excitement in their play. Our local governments should be providing play spaces suitable to children of all abilities, so I went out looking for them. I found two playgrounds – one on the North Shore in Chatswood, and one just off the North Shore in Ryde.
