The North Shore has been home for Nina Paine all her life. Her father was a GP in St Ives before his death at the age of 36, and her mother was the calm and knowledgeable first point of contact for staff, students, parents and visitors at Ravenswood School for Girls in Gordon for almost 30 years.
Crumble is my absolute favourite dessert to make in the colder months. So comforting, sooo easy to make and a great way to get an extra dose of nutrients after dinner! This dish is coulourful (high in flavonoids which is great for your skin and can help lower bad cholesterol), high in fiber and you don’t need to add sugar as the fruit provides enough sweetness. I’ve used Apples and Raspberries but you can be creative using the fruits you love. The yogurt helps with your digestive health.
