Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park
This popular park features everything you need for a great day out. Lay out a picnic rug, then watch the kids play happily in the playground. After lunch, take a stroll along the stunning boardwalk bushwalking track through the mangroves. Children will love feeding the ducks found around the marina and by the water.
Coonanbarra Road, Wahroonga
This local favourite has undergone a six month upgrade. There is a new playground with two distinct play areas. The toddler area has a rubber soft fall area, large shade sail and suitable play equipment. The older kids’ area is designed for adventurous children and young teens. There is also spacious grassy areas and gorgeous manicured gardens to enjoy.

This local treasure is the ideal place to relax and unwind. It is a peaceful and secluded spot and features gullies, ponds, waterfalls and bushwalking tracks. There is a playground and bike paths, and if you are lucky enough you may even glimpse one of the many wallabies that frequent the gardens.

The Bicentennial Park is extensive and features plenty of grassy areas and gorgeous trees that provide shade in the warmer months. There are paths for walking, cycling and skateboarding and two substantial playgrounds that will keep the kids amused for hours. There is also a sandpit with an inbuilt activity table that toddlers will adore.
