MIDDLE HARBOUR SAILING FOR YOUTHMHYC will once again be running their fantastic Holiday program these July school holidays. The program provides a fun, safe and affordable introduction to sailing and the marine environment. Programs are tailored to age groups and conducted in the safety of Middle Harbour underthe supervision of fully qualified instructors. The Tackers’ program will be run from 3rd - 6th July, 2017 and 10th - 13th July,2017 9am - 3pm. Tackers is an introductory, fun, games-based sailing program designed for kids aged 7 - 12.Also being run in the second week from 10th – 13th July, 2017 is the Youth Sailing program which is aimed at gettingteens (11 - 18 year olds) intothe sport of sailing. MHYC usesa three step process to teachthe fundamentals of sailing (including spinnaker and trapeze use), based on the Australian Sailing, Discover Sailing Program.
