Iuse technology to combine a lot of manual tasks (which would normally take a long time) into one application. It connects to everybody and sends out invoices with ease. I also use my book to draw and write in to brainstorm and plan. I like to take a stepaway from technology.WHAT SUBJECT HELPS MOST WITH TECHNOLOGY?Software design - I just finished my major project which has doubled- up as a software assignment which I use in the business.HOW MANY EVENTS HAVE YOU DONE SO FAR? Weareabouttohitour40th production this year. Our targetis to triple last year’s total - a lot to juggle on top of doing the HSC. WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE?To be concise, clear and to the point. Important when using a lot of technical language that couldbe confusing to some clients. Don’t give them problems, give them solutions. Mr Hilliard has had a big impact on teaching me this.WHERE DO YOU SEE THIS BUSINESS GOING AFTER SCHOOL? I would love to keep expanding. IhaveaplanandIwouldloveto initiate it. Long term, possibly split it up into a few subsidiaries.I am organised with my business but not as much with school until recently. I have never been oneto just sit in a chair and listen.
