LIFELINE’S HORNSBY $1 BOOK CLEARANCE SALE – May 27-28

Lifeline’s much-anticipated $1 Book Clearance sale is on again the last weekend in May at the Hornsby War Memorial Hall, right next to the Hornsby RSL in High Street.
More than 30,000 great quality books will be on sale, as well as CDs and DVDs. Lifeline’s Harbour to Hawkesbury Hornsby book depot boasts first class presentation of stock in more than 50 categories, including books for children and young adults through to military history and the classics.
The range and volume of books provides a rare opportunity to stock up on reading material at bargain basement prices.
Strong community support ensures a family-friendly atmosphere, buzzing with book lovers, as everyone vies for the best possible books available. All money raised goes to Lifeline for their ever-increasing community needs including suicide prevention services and 24/7 telephone crisis support line – 13 11 14.
